This home had water condensation build up on their walls, to waterproof we did a WaterGaurd drainage system along the parameter and BrightWall paneling to keep water diverted down to the new drainage system. 

The standing water and moisture in this home were a constand issue. Now with the cleanspace sytem and dehumidifer the house is comfortable, moisture free and more energy effecient. 

This Gresham home was in need of a cleanspace and smart jacks after the moisture under the home got to the wooden posts and they rotted out causing the floor to sag.
