This home had critters creeping under the home. To stop this issue they had an exterminator come by, followed up by John's Waterproofing to install our woven 20 Mil vapor barrier; CleanSpace.
This store needed to have their electrical meter moved from one side of the building to another. We sent out an electrician who reviewed the changes that the owners wanted made, and submitted the proposal for PGE to approve of. Once we had permission we got to work. The the new electrical meter was installed in the new location, hooking up all power aspects to the new meter. We then removed the old power pole as it would no longer be needed.
After dealing with fiberglass insulation in the crawlspace this homeowner was over it. Every few years it needed to be either changed out or tied up again and mold would have to be dealt with. Since the spaces environment didn't change, the mold just kept returning. This homeowner was ready to try something new, and called up John's Waterproofing to get a free inspection. In the end the warranties on the products and installation gave this homeowner the confidence to get a full encapsulation! They are pleased with how nice the space looks and look forward to testing how it holds up!
This Garage and crawlspace were taking on tons of water due to the lack of drainage in the driveway. We came out and Installed our Trench Drain system, which will collect the water and discharge it away from the home. With proper maintenance, this will keep the garage and crawlspace from taking in water for years!
This homeowner knew that fiberglass absorbed water if left open to the elements. Trying to get around this, they attached a vapor barrier to the underside of their home, encasing the insulation. However water vapors still got in, and caused a mold issue. After having a mold company out, they were pointed to John's Waterproofing to keep the space dry and healthy with an encapsulation.
