This homes basement was unfinished and suffered from water issues. To transform the space into something dry, stable, and healthy they called up John's Waterproofing. We installed a full interior perimeter WaterGuard drainage system, TripleSafe Sump Pump, CleanSpace wall vapor barrier, and a SaniDry Dehumidifier. 

Our Drain mat system is laid down under clean space to help channel water to a sump pump. this is what it looks like laid down before the CleanSpace encapsulation is installed.  

Cleanspace Basement wall system is a great way to dry and brighten up your basement. It acts as a moisture barrier and will channel any water or moisture that seeps in through the porous basement walls into the WaterGuard system. Preventing it from ever hitting your basement floors.
