The customer is selling home and needs crawl space finished before sold
When a homes crawlspace suffers from post damage, the floors will slope, bounce, and doorways can stick. This home suffered those issues, and while the homeowners tried to shimmy the posts up, the issue kept coming back. To solve the problems we installed SmartJacks as needed and did a full encapsulation to protect the home from water damage coming back.
The dirt under the crawlspace in this home was so moist that it was a step away from being mud. Our crews went in and sealed up the crawlspace which protected the home from the moist dirt and prevented destruction to the home above.
This home had both a crawl space and basement. The basement was used as a workspace, and the adjoining crawl space was emitting a damp odor. To address this, the homeowners were looking for a waterproofing solution. They called up John's Waterproofing to receive their free inspection and discuss options. To address the crawl space we installed an encapsulation, with waterproofing in the basement space.
