This homes crawl space had mold growing in the old fiberglass and along the wooden beams. The homeowners had looked into mold treatment, but knew that even with the mold treated, without addressing the crawl space as a whole, mold was bound to come back. We switched out the fiberglass for a system using TerraBlock insulation along the dirt floors and Spray foam along the walls. We also installed a SaniDry dehumidifier to keep the air at a healthy humidity level where mold and mildew cannot grow.
