Sump Pumps Before & After Photos

This homeowner had installed a homemade sump pump in their crawlspace. While it did handle some of the water issues, the dirt floor was still damp and wet when the rainy season was in full effect. To make sure they could keep up with the water issue, they called for the professionals. 

In 2017 this homeowners called to schedule their inspection and hear about a crawlspace encapsulation. They moved forward with this home project and have been on top of their annual service visits to ensure their system remains in tip-top shape. This space is still looking amazing and working exactly as it should! 

This home had a major underground water issue. They had another company install an exterior drainage system to try to help, however the crawlspace remained constantly muddy. The homeowner were eager to find a solution that would last and called up John's Waterproofing for a solution. After hearing about the warranties and science behind they moved forward with an encapsulation in 2020. They are pleased to report it is still keeping their below-grade space dry and healthy! 

This crawlspace was a layer of continuous mud and dirt from one side to the other. Our crew came and encapsulated the space and installed a new sump pump to keep the space dry. 

A natural spring was causing water problems in this basement. So our crews installed our patented WaterGuard system that will drain the water unseen to the Ultra Sump pump that will pump the water out away from the house.
