DIY Sump Pump Upgraded to a SmartSump - Lowell, OR

This home's owners had done a DIY sump pump and laid out their own vapor barrier, however, it wasn't keeping up with the groundwater around their home, and vermin were getting into the space still. To take back their crawlspace, the homeowners got a full crawlspace encapsulation, keeping this home dry and healthy.

Service Visit for Encapsulation - Redmond, OR

In 2017 this homeowners called to schedule their inspection and hear about a crawlspace encapsulation. This space is still looking amazing and working exactly as it should!

Updated an Old DIY Sump Pump in Redmond, OR

This homeowner had installed a homemade sump pump in their crawlspace. While it did handle some of the water issues, the dirt floor was still damp and wet when the rainy season was in full effect. To make sure they could keep up with the water issue, they called for the professionals.

Water on Basement Floor - Sisters, OR

This home was having water coming through the hillside walls on their basement. To address this, they called up John's Waterproofing. We waterproofed along the walls using our WaterGuard Drainage System, installed a TripleSafe sump pump, SaniDry dehumidifier, and ThermalDry Radiant Wall system so they could finish over the walls.

Keep Basement Dry with SuperSump Plus - Eugene, OR

This homeowner found that water was seeping through their basement walls every time it rained outside. Wanting to resolve this issue, the homeowner called John's Waterproofing about what options they had. We informed the homeowner that with our basement waterproofing system there could be a proper drainage system installed that would control the influx of water and securely push it out. This is done by installing a WaterGuard drainage pipe along the interior perimeter of the basement so that any water from the walls or rising groundwater can be collected. From there the WaterGuard connects to a SuperSump Plus sump pump to take all that collected water and pumps it out and away from the homes foundation through a discharge line. Without having a drainage system installed, water would continue to flood in and ruin this basement. Now, the homeowner is pleased that the sump pump is capable of controlling the water intrusion so that the home can stay dry all year round.
