This flooring is raised from the concrete providing a 1-inch thermal barrier that will keep the basement warmer and prevent ground moisture from reaching your space.

This homeowner used our thicker CleanSpace vapor barrier for the area he plans to use for home storage, and then the thinner 6 mil plastic in the areas without foot traffic. This will give them great moisture protection as well as large usable space.

The customer had one of our competitors install yard drainage systems, but it has not done any good for the crawlspace. So they called us to have it encapsulated finally.
