These homeowners contacted us after they noticed some parts of their floors were bouncy and felt unstable. We went out and thoroughly inspected the crawl space and found signs of active water and noticed a lot of the posts had wood rot due to long term water damage. The posts were no longer offering adequate support since the water damaged the bottom of them, separating it from the footing. After the inspection, we met with the homeowners and went over the bests options to permanently address these issues. The homeowners decided to move forward with a full encapsulation.
