Homeowners called us about their crawlspace. It was built on a hillside and water would pool in the lowest spot. They had used wooden planks to help them move through the space as they used it for storage, but were ready for a solution that made this a healthy environment. This home was recently purchase 'as-is' and included a basement that was leaking and musty. The new owners wanted to utilize the space and they opted to do a full waterproofing and Total basement finishing to convert this into livable space.
