This homes window well was concrete and water was getting through it, and needed to be upgraded. Due to landscaping the ground level had been risen, to accommodate this the homeowners had added a layer of bricks. But water had made its way through the porous material and the carpet in their finished basement was getting damp by this window in particular. To upgrade it we installed drainage for the window well that will feed into the basement waterproofing system. And the well itself was upgraded to a WellDuct system.
Customer called with an interest in waterproofing his basement. We installed a super sump and our patented WaterGuard system with a discharge line. That ensures he will not have to worry about basement flooding. We also installed ThermalDry wall that will help keep his walls from moisture and keep heat in.

Customer called due to yard water seeping into the basement
This customer called to have us come take a look at their basement. They were interested in wanting to use their basement for storage but couldn't due to some basement leaking and moisture. We installed our WaterGuard system along the perimeter of the basement that will drain into a SuperSump pump. Our crews also installed our ThermalDry Wall insulation that is a flexible material and works along with our WaterGuard system. It helps keep the heat in your home by reflecting the heat back in. The customer was so happy to finally be able to use their basement and know that it will no longer be leaking.
