Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This homeowner needed crawlspace repairs. They knew the dirt floor was consistently damp, and some green was growing on portions of the foundation walls. They were eager to find a waterproofing solution and called up John's Waterproofing for a full inspection. To keep their home dry and healthy, they moved forward with a full encapsulation. 

This homeowner could hear water in their crawl space, when they looked through the interior entrance, they saw about a foot of water. Worried about this, they called up John's. When we arrived for the inspection, most of the water was gone, but to protect the home from this happening again we suggested a full encapsulation. 

This Crawlspace had no Vapor barrier and water issues. We fixed that by encapsulating it with CleanSpace!

This old home had dry rot, and no longer met local building codes for the crawlspace clearance. To get the home dry and healthy we did a dig-out and full encapsulation, as well as replaced the beams which were water damaged. 

This crawl space was damp, to say the least. During the initial inspection, there was mud in some areas and tiny puddles. When our crew began digging to install the trench drain it became apparent just how much water the soil was holding. Our homeowner went all out and has not had a water issue since.
