This crawlspace had a canal running through it caused by a natural spring that was causing water flow. Our teams put together a solution that saved this home from the problems caused by water by installing our patented CleanSpace system.

Water in a crawlspace leads to many different issues, this home needed a full encapsulation to finally find a solution that will keep this home dry and healthy from the ground up. 

This homeowner knew that every Winter, their crawl space would get wet. Their water issue would return and their home would smell damp through the rainy season. After we did a full crawl under the home and walked around the homes exterior we sat down with the owners and crafted a solution.
