We had a customer in Sherwood, Oregon with concerns about standing water and rotting posts in their crawlspace. As you can see, our company gladly went out there and took care of this for her. Did some repairs to rotting posts and encapsulated the crawl space ensuring that our customer no longer has to worry about the health of the underneath of her house.

This home had a wet, nasty crawlspace that had mold growth and an old sump pump just sitting in a 5-gallon bucket. Nothing close to a professional job! The homeowner was shown how John's Waterproofing could create a clean environment and even add extra storage because of the height of the crawlspace that was present. This crawl space had some post issues, debris, and moisture. Our team was able to go and do a full encapsulation with our CleanSpace that is a woven anti-microbial material. Now, this crawl space has posts that are protected and there are no more moisture issues which results in cleaner air going into the customer's home.
