This crawlspace had water weight pulling down the old fiberglass insulation. This was leading to the energy bills going up, and the homeowners wanted to keep their home energy efficient. To do so they had John's Waterproofing install a full encapsulation to keep their home dry and healthy, while lowering their energy bills. 

This homes old fiberglass insulation was water damaged and had evidence of critters throughout. To keep this space healthy we installed a full crawlspace encapsulation. 

This crawlspace had been insulated, but the high humidity was an issue. As moisture was absorbed into the insulation fibers, they became heavy and were falling apart. The home owners heating and cooling costs had gone up, and an odd odor permeated into the home. Looking for insulation that could withstand the conditions of a crawlspace, they turned to John's Waterproofing. After hearing about the benefits of a full encapsulation, the homeowners were on board! 

We came out to this home and replaced the current waterproofing system they had that just wasn't cutting it. We installed WaterGuard, CleanSpace Basement Wall System, TripleSafe Sump pump and an UltraSump Back up Battery. Ensuring this homeowner that their basement will stay dry for years to come!

This homes crawl space hadn't been checked on in over a decade, and it was in need of a good revamp.
