This small crawlspace is the side of this home that is built into a hillside. It had a lot of drainage issues and the homeowners had tried to do a DIY Sump Pump to waterproof, however, this ended up clogged with mud and the plastic sheets they had put over the dirt floor were cased with mud. This home had high humidity levels in the crawl space. The homeowners had tried to have fiberglass insulation but due to the moisture content, this was drooping and needing to be re-tacked up.
