With long time water issues, this home had mildew growing on the old 6 Mil vapor barrier. After dealing with this for years, the homeowners wanted a solution and called up John's Waterproofing to have a crawlspace encapsulation. 

This homeowner discovered that their crawl space had falling fiberglass insulation and a destroyed vapor barrier. The reached out to John's Waterproofing about how they could fix their crawl space and have it actually benefit their home. They agreed that a full encapsulation would offer them the best solution. We were able to clean and properly insulate the crawl space ensuring clean air could be spread throughout the home.

Our inspection unveiled a wet crawlspace floor, damaged vapor barrier and prime conditions for mold. After our team was done the home owners no longer had water and mold issues.

Prior to us this space was wet and damp and had torn insulation falling everywhere. Our crews came in and worked hard and left a beautiful finished space. He also opted for Spray Foam Insulation to keep his house comfortable year round 

This basement was cold and damp before we came in and installed the Thermaldry Wall system and a Waterguard Basement Waterproofing system. Now, it will be dry and comfortable for years to come.
