An old french drain couldn't keep up with all the rainfall and was flooding their crawlspace. Our inspector went out and recommended a Crawlspace Encapsulation We installed a TripleSafe Sump pump and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier with the CleanSpace. They never have to worry about water again.

Property management called to have old vapor barrier replaced 

We went out and replaced this old homemade sump pump with a SmartSump sump pump that has a Zoeller 1/3 hp cast-iron pump and is designed for crawl spaces to help remove water and prevent flooding.

This old sump pump had clogged up with mud and debris and could no longer keep up with the water issue that was present. We gave them an upgraded system with our sump specifically designed for crawlspaces, the SmartSump!
