Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This homes damp crawlspace was in need of some repairs. Due to high water tables, the space had waters rise and saturate the wood of the homes foundation. If left unattended to, this would lead to dry rot, mold, mildew, and structural damage. To solve these issues we installed a full encapsulation. 

This wet, muddy crawlspace was transformed by our encapsulation system, making it clean and dry for years to come.

This customer had been living in her new home for a few months before they found a door in one of the closets in their finished basement. When she opened the door she had found an unfinished portion of the basement that had visible standing water and damaged vapor barrier. Our crew installed a drainage system and encapsulated the unfinished space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier that is 20 mils thick and is tear resistant. She now had a dry space and even more storage without a worry of things getting ruined.
