This homes crawlspace had standing water. The water was beginning to cause damage to the wooden posts, so the homeowners knew they needed to do something. Our crew ended up performing a full dry-out and then an encapsulation. We installed a WaterGuard drainage system, TripleSafe sump pump, TerraBlock Insulation, CleanSpace, and Spray Foam with a SaniDry dehumidifier. This home is now dry and healthy! 

This homeowner needed crawlspace repair. After a full inspection and hearing about the benefits for their home and health they were ready to have a full encapsulation. The warranties in place to protect their system was a huge bonus! 

This crawlspace was full of water, our crew quickly got the water out and the crawlspace dry. It only took them 2 days to get this space looking bright and clean! 

This high crawl space was a musty and dusty area. The homeowners wanted to utilize the space for storage, but the 6 Mil vapor barrier was apt to rip and tear, and the moisture could cause mold spores. To address this they opted for a crawl space encapsulation, which is topped with CleanSpace and comes with a 25 year warranty against rips and tears. This space is now dry and healthy, and the homeowners can enjoy added storage. 

This homes crawl space needed to be addressed. The old insulation was falling in pieces and the vapor barrier was littered with critter droppings and debris. Mud was caked over the old vapor barrier showing that water did rise in this space, which had pushed the barrier out of place. The homeowner chose to have our pipe, pump and plastic installed to provide a short term solution, knowing the plastic will need to be replaced every few years.
