This homes basement had been finished, but the homeowners noticed an odd musty smell coming from the drywall. They ended up removing the drywall and finding the fiberglass insulation was soaking up water from the foundation walls and molding. We ended up installing a full parameter drainage system with a SuperSump pump and EverLast wall system to ensure it would stay dry and healthy.
This before and after shows that process of applying Spray Foam insulation to the walls of the crawlspace after Cleanspace is installed. Insulation is not needed on the sub-floor because the Spray foam on the walls is working with the cleanspace to encapsulate, waterproof, and insulate. They work better together than apart! Spray Foam is closed-celled so it will not allow water to collect or stick to it.
The before picture shown here is a perfect example of an unhealthy crawl space. The after picture is the same crawl space encapsulated in CleanSpace creating a clean, dry, healthy environment.
This homes partially finished basement had soft and squishy drywall. The homeowners wanted to remove the damaged portions, and re-finish the basement. We did a full waterproofing job and our finished department came in to install all new amenities. Check out the transformation!
This older home had its original electrical panel still in use. To get the system up to code, the homeowner called up John's Waterproofing. Our electrical division went out and traced and ran the lines, mapping out the cords appropriately. We then tested the system and it was good to go. This panel is now up to date and the home has open circuits should they wish to add more electrical components in the future.
